Shipping policy

  • Order Handling & Processing Time:

    • Orders are queued for packing immediately upon payment confirmation, typically processing within 12 hours.

    • Warehouses operate during standard business days and do not process or dispatch shipments over weekends or official federal holidays. Orders submitted during non-business hours begin handling on the subsequent business day.

    • Once a shipping label is generated and fulfillment begins, shipping addresses cannot be edited.

  • Transit Options & Delivery Times:

    • Standard Shipping: Delivers within approximately 5 to 12 business days following dispatch, depending on destination location. (Shipments destined for non-contiguous US territories and international destinations follow extended transit windows).

    • Expedited Shipping: Delivers within approximately 2 to 5 business days after carrier acceptance (available primarily for eligible domestic routes).

  • Order Tracking:

    • A shipment confirmation detailing assigned carrier tracking numbers is transmitted upon handover to the courier, enabling end-to-end milestone tracking.

  • Delivery Limitations & Customs:

    • Delivery is subject to regional carrier access and cross-border import regulations. Certain products may have regional distribution limitations.

    • Transit timelines are estimates and can be subject to delays beyond direct merchant control, including customs processing delays, severe weather conditions, or local postal disruptions.
